Town Ward: Coniston (Patchway) and Callicroft (Patchway)
Number of Town Councillor to be elected: One in each Ward
1. Nomination papers must be hand delivered to the Returning Officer, Badminton Road Offices, Badminton Road, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 5AF on any day after the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4 pm on Friday, 10th October 2025.
2. Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, during the times stated above or online here - https://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/guidance-candidates-parish-council-elections-england
3.If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 6th November 2025.
4.Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Tuesday 21 October 2025. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5 pm on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025.
6. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 29 October 2025. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate
7. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5 pm on Wednesday, 29th October 2025.
8. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Thursday, 6th November 2025.
