This is non-refundable and you will not be able to put the credit towards any future trips.

Please note the first time shown on the trip list (i.e. 10.00am) is an indication of when the pick-ups begin. It is NOT a confirmed pick-up time for all. We will let you know of any potential delays as soon as we are made aware of any issues.
Trips are not a definite confirmation at the time of booking. We may have to cancel a trip if we do not have the resources.
