Dave Baker

Patchway Town Council is shocked and saddened to hear of the recent passing of Dave Baker, chief executive of Olympus Academy Trust.

Dave had strong links to Patchway through his close connections with Patchway Community School and will be fondly remembered by many current and former pupils and members of staff.

Mayor of Patchway Cllr Dayley Lawrence said, ‘This is such sad and unexpected news and Patchway Town Council reaches out to everyone who was fortunate to have known Dave. He was a fantastic educational leader and has undoubtedly had a hugely positive impact on many people in Patchway and beyond’.

The Council send condolences to Dave’s family, and all his friends and colleagues across the sector at this difficult time.
