Celebrating Christmas in the Park 2025 at Norman Scott Park

Patchway Town Council is making exciting plans for a new Christmas In The Park event on Saturday 6^th December to provide an opportunity for residents and our community to celebrate the festive season in our largest green space.

Christmas in the Park 2025 will include:

·         Santa Run 2025 – 9.30am – Take part in this festive fun run covering 5k weaving through Patchway. Don your Santa suit and get in the Christmas spirit. Book at https://www.letsdothis.com/gb/e/santa-run-patchway-219922 

·         Christmas Market in the Marquees – 12.00pm to 4.00pm - Covered festive market featuring local crafts, gifts and treats.

·         Croles Mini Fun Fair - 12.00pm to 4.00pm – All the fun of the fair including hook-a-duck, teacups, bungees, inflatables, popcorn, candy floss, hot-dogs.

·         Santa’s Grotto @ Snack Attacks – selected timeslots – meet Santa Claus and give him your wishlist for Christmas Day.

·         Mayors Raffle drawn at 3.30pm. Buy your ticket from the Town Council anytime now until 3.15pm on Saturday 6^th December to have a chance of a great prize! All in aid of the Mayor’s Charity supporting local good causes.

·         Festive food, drink and music including carols around the Christmas tree.

Want to book a stall space?

If you are a local trader looking to book a stall to sell arts, crafts, festive cakes etc, stalls are available at a great price of £24.00 (inclusive of Vat). Stalls will be undercover in a marquee and provided with one table and chair. There is no power provided. No dogs are allowed into Norman Scott Park - though their owners are - so please bear this in mind if you are selling dog and pet treats.

We invite all stall holders to donate a prize for the Mayors Raffle raising funds for the Mayor’s Charity to support local groups and organisations.

Stall spaces in the marquees are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Stall holders will be invoiced and must pay at least 14 days before the event (by 21^st December) to confirm their space.
