Assistant Town Clerk / Facilities Manager

Patchway Town Council are seeking an enthusiastic person for the newly created role of Assistant Town Clerk and Facilities Manager. 

As Assistant Town Clerk, you will assist the Town Clerk with the day to day running of the Town Council's business such as agenda preparation, report writing and attending small meetings of working parties and outside organisations. You will be trained to a high standard through Avon Local Council's Association and the Society of Local Council Clerks.

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing, promotion and booking for all of our sports facilities at Norman Scott Park and our room facilities at The Casson Centre and Callicroft House.

Administration Officer

Patchway Town Council are seeking an enthusiastic person for the role of Administration Officer

As Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the Council's administration such as website, social media and noticeboards. You will be trained to a high standard through Avon Local Council's Association, at the discretion of the Town Clerk.

You will be expected to meet and greet members of the public, respond to queries as well as prioritising tasks within the working day.

Assistant Grounds Person

Patchway Town Council are seeking an enthusiastic person for the role of Assistant Grounds Person. 

As Assistant Grounds Person, you will work within our small team of outdoor staff maintaining the Council's open spaces as well as assets. You will be expected to work on your own as well as part of a team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for what they do and someone who can produced a very high standard of work.

Lead Grounds Person

Patchway Town Council are seeking an enthusiastic leader for the role of Leads Grounds Person

As Lead Grounds Person, you will co-ordinate a small team of staff to maintain all of Patchway's open areas. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality work is achieved at all times. You will work to Patchway Town Council's maintenance schedule and ensure that your team meets their objectives. 

You will be polite and courteous to staff and members of the public at all times. You will be expected to liaise with the Town Clerk on all matters, on a regular basis.
