SGREN Connects Special BHM – “Stand Firm in Power and Pride”

Please find details below and how to join SGREN Connects Black History Month event.

WHEN? Wednesday, 22nd October | 7:00–9:00 PM | Online (Free)

Join us for a powerful evening of reflection, connection, and inspiration as part of our Black History Month celebrations.

SGREN Connects is a free online safe space where everyone, including allies, is welcome to listen, share, and connect without judgment. It’s a relaxed, open conversation where we explore lived experiences, celebrate resilience, and reflect on what’s happening in our communities and across the nation.

This special session will feature //Kabbo Hue Qua, a South African, Bristol-based artivist storyteller, ceremonial drummer, berimbau player, and cultural cohesion consultant. With his unique gift for rhythm and storytelling, //Kabbo will guide us through an evening of reflection and empowerment around the theme “Stand Firm in Power and Pride.”
