Mayor of Patchway visits Patchway Police Centre

On 24^th April 2026, Mayor of Patchway Cllr Dayley Lawrence and the Deputy Clerk for Patchway Town Council were given a full tour of Patchway Police Centre by DC Chantel Knowlson and PC Melissa Smurthwaite of the Patchway and Cribbs Causeway Neighbourhood Policing Team.

The Mayor was shown through the different areas of the Centre and appreciated the time offered by the Neighbourhood Team to explain the different functions across the building.

Cllr Lawrence said; ‘It was extremely interesting and educational to be shown around our local Police Centre and understand more about the building where so many hard-working police officers, police staff and affiliated agencies are based.

On behalf of the Town Council, I thank the Neighbourhood Team for showing me around, and for what they all do to ensure the safety of the public in Patchway and the wider area’.
