Patchway Town Council along with South Gloucestershire Council have planted three semi-mature trees at The Tumps as part of their commitment to nature.
The trees have been planted in the rear field, taking the number of new trees up to eight. This planting scheme has formed part of Patchway Town Council’s Local Nature Action Plan, which is a plan and guide for biodiversity within Patchway. The plan has been derived to encourage local residents to take ownership of the public and private green spaces in Patchway.
