This project is part of a wider investment in community resources in Patchway funded by S106 monies provided by the development of Charlton Hayes housing development.
The brief is to provide 4 no changing rooms, a garage facility for Patchway Town Council maintenance and landscaping equipment , public toilets and a café for 75 people with associated servery , storage, and toilet facilities as well as an office for Patchway Town Council staff.
The two-storey building is arranged with sports facilities to the ground floor and café and offices to the first floor.
