Patchway Town Council will be closing the car park to Norman Scott Park in November for two events. The Council asks for residents’ co-operation at all times for these two large events.
The car park will firstly be closed on Thursday 3rd November 2022 at 4pm and will remain closed until midnight on Friday 4th November 2022. This is to allow for the large firework event which is happening within the park. Residents are reminded that Scott Park will be closed from midday on 4th November to all residents and the event is by ticket only. Gates will be locked and fencing will be erected for the safety of all entrants into the event.
Secondly, the car park will be closed on Saturday 19th November 2022 at 4pm and re-opened at 1pm on Sunday 20th November 2022. This is to allow preparations for the Remembrance Service to take place.
We kindly ask that all residents are responsible and do not leave their vehicles within Norman Scott Park for the time stated above.
Letters will be sent out to all residents affected next week. Entry to Patchway Sports and Social Club will only be by showing your membership card during the firework event.
We are asking all residents to assist us with this. If you require any more information please contact the Town Clerk via email to clerk@patchwaytowncouncil.gov.uk.
