Patchway delivers an Egg-Tastic Easter for our younger residents

Easter bonnets off to our Patchway community for delivering a truly HOPPY Easter across the town due to the generosity of local residents, businesses and organisations.  


With the help of so many of you, the Patchway Town Council Easter Egg Drive 2024 raised 772 Easter Eggs, 54 crème eggs and 94 chocolate treats! 


An Easter Egg has been delivered to every one of the 619 pupils at Coniston Primary School and Callicroft Primary Academy. 


Plus 55 chocolate treats for Patchway Centre Pre-School and Tots; 30 Eggs for the Link Club based at the Casson Centre. Plus Eggs and treats to Patchway Youth Centre, St Chads Pathfinders and 2nd Patchway Scouts and Beavers group.

Mayor of Patchway, Cllr Dayley Lawrence said, ‘This is just so brilliant. To see this many Easter Eggs and treats donated from across our town just shows what a generous and giving community we are’. 


Official mascot of the Easter Egg Drive 2024 Bunny the Bear said,’ I have been delighted to be able to guard the growing wall of Easter Eggs over the past few weeks. It has been so tempting to see if one would be missed, though I managed to keep my paws off the Eggs’.
