South Gloucestershire Council's mapping tool is now live. The tool helps to support the identification of services that support children, young people, and families and can be found by clicking here.
South Glos Council say: "We know that finding out what is available in your area to support your need can be challenging. We hope this will be an excellent signposting tool for service providers and members of the public. Many of these services connect through the Early Help Community Networks (EHCN) and this will help to keep this tool as up to date as possible."
The map consists of three columns which can be filtered if you would like to focus your search. If you do click the filters, the visual map, and the list of services at the bottom will update. The three filter columns are:
Service Function – this helps narrow down your search to, for example, Mental Health Support Services.
Town – this helps narrow down your search based on location
Cluster – this is another location filter for members of the five Early Help Community Networks (EHCNs).
