Patchway Town Council are very pleased to announce that the brand new basketball facility at Blakeney Road playing field is now open to use.
This project, which has been funded partly by Section 106 monies, sees a new hardcourt installed with one basketball post. This replaces the outdated and unsafe basketball hoop, which had been situated at the rear of the site.
We hope that our residents enjoy this facility and come out to one of our quieter open spaces. We have a lot more planned for this area, which will really transform this area.
